So i have also tried the Program for 3 Months. If you really stick to the program you can increase your bench pressing rapidly. I for myself increased my bench pressing to 40 LBS in these 3 Months and i have gained around 6 LBS of Muscle. I also was checking my Body Fat Percentage because i thought it would have gone up in these 3 Months of testing. But nothing!, my Body fat percentage was still at 9 % and nothing has changed at all. I have to admit that sometimes its very hard to stick to the plan but if you really have the right mindset you can do it and its very rewarding to see your strenght and mass growing.
So what’s your conclusion, should i buy it?
Like i said. Sometimes its hard to stick to plan but very rewarding if you keep on doing what the program is telling you to do.
